2. Eligibility
You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to place an order through this site. By placing an order, you confirm you are legally permitted to do so.
3. Products & Pricing
All prices are shown in BDT (Tk) and may change without notice. We make every effort to display product images and descriptions accurately. Colour and texture may vary slightly from screen to product. A listing is not a binding offer - an order is only confirmed once we send you a confirmation email.
4. Orders & Payment
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order, including after confirmation, in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability. You will be notified and any payment refunded.
5. Returns & Refunds
We accept returns only where the product arrived damaged, the product is defective, or you received the wrong item. You must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order at info@youandskin.com with photo or video evidence. Products must be returned in original, unopened packaging with the original invoice. We do not accept returns for change of mind, or where a product has been opened, used, or does not suit you.
6. Prohibited Use
This site and its content may not be used for any unlawful purpose. You may not reproduce, copy, or resell any part of this site without written permission from you&skin.
7. Limitation of Liability
you&skin is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from use of this site or products purchased through it. Skincare results vary by individual - we do not guarantee outcomes.

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.
