A brightening serum from The Derma Co formulated with 2% Kojic Acid, a naturally derived brightening active from the fermentation of certain fungi that inhibits tyrosinase, the key enzyme in melanin production, to gradually reduce dark spots, uneven skin tone, and hyperpigmentation.

Kojic Acid provides a complementary brightening mechanism to Niacinamide and Vitamin C, making this serum an effective standalone brightening treatment or a valuable addition to a layered dark-spot correction routine. The serum also contains supporting actives including Alpha Arbutin and skin-conditioning agents that maintain hydration and skin comfort throughout use.

Suitable for all skin types dealing with dark spots, melasma, post-blemish marks, or sun-induced hyperpigmentation. Apply after cleansing and toning, morning and evening. Always follow with SPF in the morning, as Kojic Acid can increase photosensitivity. Results typically become visible after six to eight weeks of consistent use.
